What MET is
MET is where you find a five-a-side game and book a place in it. The pitches listed here belong to venues that manage their own listings on a platform of their own — MET connects you with them, and is not the venue itself.
Your account
There is no password: we email you a six-digit code, and that code, not anything you type, gets you in. You can book a game as a guest without ever creating an account, and creating one just means telling us your name.
Booking a game
Reserving a spot holds it; you pay at the venue when you arrive. Cancelling in good time gives the spot back for someone else — the cutoff is shown before you confirm — and after that it stays booked, because a game that has filled around you cannot be refilled the same evening.
Playing fair
Turn up for what you book, and treat other players and venue staff the way you'd want to be treated. We may suspend or close an account that no-shows repeatedly, misuses the leaderboard, or is abusive toward anyone on the site.
Footage and results
Some venues record the pitch; where they do, footage and match results appear against the game and the players in it. It is put there by the venue's own systems, and MET is not responsible for what a venue's cameras do or do not capture.
Your account is yours to close
You can close your account at any time from your profile. Your personal details are removed; the results of games you played stay on the record they belong to, the way a scoreboard doesn't unwrite itself when a player leaves the club.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep listings accurate and games running on time, but MET connects players and venues — it does not run the pitches, staff them, or guarantee a venue holds up its end. Use the site at your own judgement, the same as booking anything in the world outside it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. If we do, the date at the top moves, and we'll say so somewhere you'll see it if the change is a material one.
